Heinrich Stasiuk is President and co-founder of wildthyme Restaurant Group. He obtained a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Cambridge and also graduated from the Hospitality School MODUL in Vienna, Austria in 2000.
His career started with the Marriott Hotel and Resorts chain and he became Director of Restaurants at Marriott's Camelback Inn Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. He also worked for Starwood Hotels and opened up the 1,000-room Sheraton Downtown Phoenix Hotel as Director of Restaurants.
In 2009 the plans were set in to action and he started wildthyme Restaurant Group and subsequently opened up his first restaurant, Ken's Creekside American Bistro in Sedona, Arizona.
Brick Urban Kitchen's opening in downtown Phoenix followed in 2010 and they are currently working on the opening of their most recent venture, Timo restaurant in central Phoenix.
Stasiuk travels around the world to gather ideas and concepts bringing eclectic and delicious flavours to be enjoyed in their restaurants.
